Update Employer Information

You are advised to inform Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDNM) immediately of any changes in company information such as:

• Correspondence address / business registered address
• Contact number
• Change of company name
• Change of tax agent (if applicable)

How To Update

Please use Change of Address Application Form (CP600B).

You can also inform change of correspondence address in writing.

You are required to forward a copy of Form 13 for change of company name (if relevant).

This notification can be forwarded to any of Income Tax Offices or fax directly to the Customer Service Centre.
